Variety of waxes and wax solutions are utilized in industries for many applications considering its nature of solidification, it is always preferred to handle it in powder form for accurate proportions and ease of handling. Our state of art technology for handling such products to convert into uniform particle size is known as spray cooling system. Considering basic parameters of the product, we determine wax liquid (molten) and in hot condition is prepared inside SS chamber at uniform rate and the pressure. The cooling media (air) is passed in the cooling chamber with proper distribution in order to have effective contact with each and every tiny particle of the molten liquid in few seconds, the molten liquid particle easily gets solidified and fall through outlet part of cooling chamber provided on conical bottom of the chamber. The cooling air(media) used for solidification process in further passed through appropriate size cyclone seperator for effective separation for any kind of fines carried over in the process air.
