The following three atomizing systems are available for commercial spray drying:
Centrifugal atomization:Where the liquid feed is accelerated and atomized by means of centrifugal force a rapidly rotating disc.
Pressure atomization (Single-fluid Nozzle):Where the liquid feed is atomized when being forced under high pressure through a narrow orifice.
Pneumatic atomization (two-fluid nozzle):Where compressed air supplies the necessary energy for atomization and the liquid is fed to the nozzle without pressure.

Industrial spray drying plants are specialized to convert any liquid into fine powder, in a matter of few seconds. Once the liquid is poured into the machine, it is immediately dried, collected and sent for extensive treatment. All this is doneentirely free from human touch.
Spray Drying Plant is termed and identified on Water Evaporation Capacity basis. Variation in productionas specified in our offer within specified tolerance limit will occur depending on particular product handled in Spray Dryer in drying process.If RH factor in plant installed area/location is exceeded above 50%, it will directly affect on WaterEvaporation capacity and finished product output rate. Higher the RH factor, higher loss in productionrate.
The Feed from balance tank is fed to the Atomization system through a Screw Feed Pump.Clean Filtered ambient air is heated across Air heater. The atomized particles will come incontact with the Hot Air entering the chamber in a co-current fashion through an AirDistributor. The Air Distributor supplied by us is of specially designed to ensure uniformdistribution of air in Chamber. The wet feed gets dried to the required level of moisture. The fines entrained with the exhaust air from chamber is separated in a high efficiency CycloneSeparator and discharged through the Rotary Air Lock Valve. These fines are conveyed throughfresh air by means of roots blower and a conveying piping, up to the chamber top and ultimatelydischarged over the spray nozzle to perform granules by mixing with the spray. The exhaust airfrom cyclone is further treated in the Wet Scrubber for fines not separated in Cyclone. Clean airis then vented to the atmosphere. The entire plant is balanced through F.D. and I.D. Blower.The entire operation is operated through locally mounted Control Panel. The panel is wellequipped with all the instrumentation mounted on it, for necessary automation.
